General Information
Funded partially by the NSW Health Department along
with generous donations from members, friends and caring
members of the public, HVSG (Aust) Inc is a Registered
Business and is a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
HVSG (Aust) Inc is very ably managed on a day to day
basis by a team of professionals led by our Executive
Officer and overseen by our Management Committee, all
members of the Group.
Financial Membership Form
Print and complete this form if you wish to vote on
issues regarding the HVSG Constitution or would like to
become a Committee Member. It is not necessary to be a
financial member to use the services of the HVSG, which
are provided free of charge.
